The Corsair® AirFlow Pro™ mounts above the Corsair AirFlow 2 fan, and connects to any Dominator® memory that supports DHX Pro technology to provide a dynamic display of memory activity and temperature for up to six modules.

DHX (Dual-path Heat eXchange)

 

First introduced on the highly-acclaimed Dominator® family of memory, Corsair's patented DHX™ technology uniquely cools both the surface of the memory ICs and the heat conducted into the module's PCB (Printed Circuit Board), which can be up to 50% of the heat generated. This unique cooling system leads to lower operating temperatures, enhanced overclocking headroom and better long-term reliability.

In 2008, DHX+ was introduced, adding removable fins and enabling extended cooling solutions like the Ice Series™ T30 thermo-electric cooler, which can cool memory up to 20°C below ambient, and the Hydro Serie™ H30 waterblock to connect your memory to your standard water cooling loop.

The new DHX Pro extends the DHX+ design, incorporating measurement expertise gained in developing the technology behind the Corsair XPERT line. These enhancements include circuitry to measure multiple memory parameters, and a 5-pin connector to allow access to the data collected.
